The seat
- Assigned at signup, not when you confirm email and not when you subscribe.
- One seat per account. Numbers are not reused.
- Deleting the account does not return the number. That seat stays used.
- When none remain, the line says Founding closed. The counter is a live count of seats already given. If that count cannot be read, the number is hidden. It is not shown as zero.
The $5 price
Founding Checkout starts a subscription at $5 USD per month with a 90-day trial the first time. The card is collected at checkout. The first charge is after the 90 days, then each month, while the subscription stays active.
Cancel in the billing portal and the founding price ends with the subscription. A later checkout does not get another 90 days. The $5 amount applies to that subscription. It is not a promise about a future product or a second subscription.
Prices are US dollars. There is no countdown and no affiliate link. Signed-in users get the alert.
